Applicant Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Lionsfly Transport LLC collects and uses personal information from employment applicants.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, contact information, location, position preferences, availability, employment preference, work experience, qualifications, licenses or certifications, and other information you voluntarily include. Our web systems may also create ordinary security and submission records such as dates, times, and technical request logs.
How We Use Applicant Information
We use applicant information to receive and evaluate applications, communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, assess qualifications, maintain hiring records, comply with applicable law, prevent misuse, and administer recruiting and employment processes.
Disclosure and Sale
We may disclose information to personnel involved in hiring, service providers supporting our systems, professional advisers, regulators, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Lionsfly Transport LLC does not sell applicant information.
Retention
Application records are retained for at least the period required by applicable employment-record laws and may be kept longer for legitimate recruiting, compliance, dispute, or legal-hold needs. Records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably required.
Background Checks and Medical Information
The initial application does not authorize a background or consumer report. If a report is requested later, a separate disclosure and authorization process will be provided. Do not include medical, disability, genetic, Social Security number, banking, or other sensitive information unless Lionsfly Transport LLC lawfully requests it through an appropriate separate process.
Your Choices and Requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from consideration, by contacting us. Some records may still be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary for legal and compliance purposes.
